We use Royal Mail and Interlink Express to deliver your items and Fed Ex for international. We aim to post your goods same day or the next working day after the payment has been received.

Times and costs may vary dependent on the product.

We offer free UK delivery on all standard orders!

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.


UniqueHomeLiving operate an easy, hassle free returns and exchange procedure. Simply follow the instructions below:

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel their order.

Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty & Damaged Returns

Before returning the item please contact our customer service team first, as photographic evidence may only be required from you. If the said item needs to be returned to the supplier for inspection, we will send you a free returns label.

Non Faulty Returns

If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange, all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed returns form.

We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.

A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received the item.

We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.

If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email and refund your postage.
