Q: How can I place an order with you?

A: It is easy! All you need to do is select what you want and add it to your basket, once you have finished your shopping you can proceed to the check-out where you will need to fill out your personal details and select your delivery option and payment option. Once this has been completed you will receive and order confirmation email.

Q: I want to return or exchange something that I have bought?

A: No problem, just make sure you return the item within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We advise that you return items via recorded delivery to ensure we get them back. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for further information including our returns address.
